Brandon Jackson Bphyst, BSc(MED)(HONS)sport science
Completed his Honours degree in Sport Science at the University of Cape Town in 1989. Qualified as a physio in 1994 at the University of Pretoria. Opened the current practice in 1996 in Westville, Durban. Brandon is a South African Sports Medicine Association accredited physiotherapist. He  was the KZN Dolphins cricket team physio from 1996 to 2008 and in 2009 was appointed physio for the South African Cricket team, the Proteas and currently holds the position. Other sport teams worked with include Durban Crusaders rugby, KZN Duikers rugby, KZN Raiders hockey as well as the South African Hockey team. Brandon has a special interest in running and endurance sport injuries, having completed 26 Comrades Marathons and 7 Dusi Canoe Marathons. His Passion is treatment through rehabilitation and exercise. He instituted and drives the practice's policy of "Hands-on" therapy.

Paula Symington BSc physio, OMT
Qualified in 2003 with an honours degree in physiotherapy from the University of Cape Town. She joined the practice in 2005 following a community service year. In 2009 Paula completed the Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy post-graduate course and has since worked as a facilitator on the course. Paula has a special interest in sports injuries, particularly running-related injuries.







Ashley_picAshley Bond, BPhysio, OMT
Ashley qualified in 2014 with an honours degree in physiotherapy from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, followed by a community service year at Northdale hospital in Pietermaritzburg. She then joined our practice in January 2016. Ashley has been a team physiotherapist for Durban Collegians Rugby club since 2013. She has completed her post-graduate qualification in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy in 2017 and is thus well equipped to diagnose, treat and manage any musculoskeletal condition. Ashley has a special interest in sports injuries. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals through a "hands-on" approach and effective rehabilitation interventions.



MyurieMyurie Naidoo, BPhysio, OMT
Myurie qualified in 2009 with an honours degree in physiotherapy from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, followed by a community service year in the South African National Defence Force in Cape Town. Myurie began her professional career in private practice in Durban, working in hospitals and seeing out-patients. A period of work in the public sector has provided her with a wide scope of experience in treating many varied conditions and at the same time, she completed her post-graduate qualification in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy in 2013. Myurie has a special interst in neuromuscular physiotherapy, especially neck and back pain. She is currently the chairperson of the KZN branch of the South African Society of Physiotherapy. She is commited to "going the extra mile" for her patients!


RoganRogan Heyns, BSc HONS biokinetics
Rogan has a Bachelor of Sports Science degree (2011, University of KwaZulu-Natal, Westville) and a BSc Honours in Biokinetics (2012, University of Zululand). He completed his internship at Jimmy Wright & Associates in 2013. Rogan practiced from 2014 - 2017 at the Sharks Medical Centre where he was in charge of rehabilitation for the Junior contracted Sharks players as well as private patients. He is currently a co-owner of Heyns and Kay Biokineticists. 
Rogan has a passion for people and sport. He is enthusiastic and energetic. His focus area is orthopaedic rehabilitation.
